Hey! I have a wide variety of interests and sometimes I feel like a cat with a shiny dangly object. I’ve been/am a piano teacher, bookkeeper, accountant, notary, desktop publisher, photographer, ballroom dancer, proofreader, and so on. (I’m not flaky, I still dabble in all this and more.) My passion though is writing. Someday I’ll manage to coalesce all the voices in my head onto paper and share them with you. Health issues have made it difficult for me to keep a traditional desk job and I spend at least an hour a day on physical therapy just so I can ignore my aches and pains for the rest of the day. For now though, I bounce around and help keep my Mom sane.

Hi. I was once a military wife and stay-at-home mom: first to a stepdaughter, add three of my own, add in-laws, and add a plethora of animals. It’s a miracle I haven’t gone insane. Now my husband is retired and we’re empty nesters, but I still have a menagerie of animals, a failing farm (more on that later), and a dream to be self-sufficient and for everything to finally fall into place. I’ve been a bookkeeper, accountant, your DMV nightmare, babysitter, homeschool teacher, special-ed assistant, landlord, farmer, and now a caregiver.
